Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) for market disruption opportunities
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary future-tech solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (OECD, WEF)
- Fluency in future-tech simulation modeling tools
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized innovations
