- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech paradigms
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
