Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ examples required)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or climate-tech innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing patents for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
