Responsibilities

- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech) for commercialization opportunities

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for tech adoption trends
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio and vendor partnerships

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
