Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends (Web4.0, quantum applications, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Build and manage strategic alliances with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive ethical AI and sustainable technology adoption across organizational units
- Mentor innovation labs and hackathons to cultivate disruptive talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption cycles and market disruption patterns
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
