- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology frameworks across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products in emerging markets
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR, or bioinformatics
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with 90%+ project success rate
