Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Translate complex tech capabilities into actionable business strategies for enterprise clients
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection frameworks for emerging tech innovations
- Present tech vision to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven scenario planning
- Mentor a 12-person R&D team in agile methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution with specialization in innovation management
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends and adoption lifecycle models
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., Singularity University)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech commercialization successes
