- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving global tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year foresight success
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling innovations from prototype to global market deployment
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
