Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neurotech) and their commercial applications
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation systems ensuring responsible innovation
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and manage external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and technology assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and risk assessment
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe) preferred
