Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry predictions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead scenario planning sessions to prepare for technological disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Build relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep knowledge of at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
