Responsibilities

- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for quantum computing and biotech integrations
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 CTOs on industry-wide standards for 2026 digital infrastructure
- Present strategic briefings to Board of Directors and congressional technology committees
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Analyze global tech policy shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Technology Strategy or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech AI systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews
- Security clearance (active or ability to obtain) for classified innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling tools
