Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Lead innovation sprints for next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
