Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with global research institutions and startups
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech scouting
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial modeling skills for ROI analysis of futuristic technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from World Future Society)
