Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize technology investments and resource allocation
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and compliance with evolving regulations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including investors and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to maintain market leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Published research or patents in at least one emerging technology domain
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investment committees
