Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with organizational vision for 2026

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Create scenario-based models to assess technology adoption impacts on business operations and revenue streams
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators, research institutions, and government innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory changes affecting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and translating insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable tech
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for complex technological disruption
