Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Academy, APF)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
