Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen cloud-native and decentralized systems
- Drive innovation through agile sprints and rapid prototyping cycles
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or IoT platforms
- Expertise in at least three future tech domains (AI ethics, blockchain, neurotech)
- Strong background in systems architecture and cloud-native design patterns
- Certifications in TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent
