Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year technology strategy aligning with global market trends and organizational vision
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions from concept to market launch
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing technological ambition with ethical and regulatory compliance
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Executive presence with exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
