Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap with quantitative impact analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech applications
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Build and lead a 15-person Future Tech incubation team
- Author annual 'State of Future Tech' industry report with global thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German preferred
