Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026+ horizon, analyzing AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to identify market disruption opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and key stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team of 12+ specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Strategic certification (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience managing distributed teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, journals, keynotes)
