Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global tech ecosystems
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough innovations with $100M+ revenue potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven impact analyses
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development of future-focused products and services
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, sustainable AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and forecast adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
