Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in IEEE Nature on quantum/AI convergence
- Deep expertise in blockchain 3.0 and decentralized networks
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS platforms to 10M+ users
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
