- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic recommendations for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable plans
- Manage innovation incubation programs, evaluating and prototyping next-generation technologies
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure the impact of strategic technology initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy (preferred)
