Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into enterprise solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board and C-level executives with ROI modeling
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Build and mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Author quarterly technology trend briefs for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Strategic certification (e.g., CTO, CIO, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth tech companies
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
