Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic product roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen digital experiences
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks for enterprise-scale implementation
- Partner with VPs of Product and Engineering to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption and future-proofing strategies
- Manage vendor ecosystems and evaluate partnerships with emerging tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products at scale
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI)
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
