Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible innovation adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and advocate for innovation-friendly policies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record in translating research into commercial applications
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
- Experience developing future-focused scenarios and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (CS, Engineering, Philosophy, Futures Studies)
- Published work on technology ethics or innovation strategy preferred
