Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing next-gen product visions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-integrated systems)
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic and industry disruptors
- Present executive-level technology strategy briefings to the board
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven success in commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with Fortune 500 stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience scaling tech startups from concept to IPO
