Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, sustainable tech) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused solutions into current development cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-generation solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, R&D labs)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology trend analysis preferred
