- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 2026+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Author thought leadership content and industry position papers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, IoT, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
