Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing products
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for experimental initiatives
- Present future visions to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
