- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Futures Planning or equivalent
- Experience with patent portfolios and IP strategy for disruptive tech
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Technology)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
