- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI tracking for futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven forecasting models
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for tech scouting
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech solutions (AI/quantum/metaverse)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications in disruptive tech deployment
