- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor internal talent in future-focused technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Experience building and managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
