Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for technology adoption and innovation through 2026
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify competitive opportunities
- Develop roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives across business units
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align product development with future market needs
- Manage cross-functional project teams executing 3-5 year technology strategies
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory changes affecting future implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (3+ years)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends preferred
- Experience managing budgets >$10M for strategic initiatives
