- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Create frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech governance
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and tech scouting initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused decision making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape including Web4.0 and neuromorphic computing
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M
