Qualifications

- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Security clearance eligibility for defense tech partnerships
