Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, specifically focusing on AI evolution and Web3 integration for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Advanced Neural Networks).
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives and profitability.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological implementation.
- Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate futuristic tech stacks before full-scale deployment.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning across engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technologies or leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of future-forward technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
