Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify market opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future tech innovations into product development
- Anticipate industry disruptions and recommend proactive strategic responses
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments (tech startups or R&D labs)
