Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable technical initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor competitor technology strategies and global innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale enterprise systems
