Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, sustainable computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in biotech, space tech, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact analyses
- Forge partnerships with global research institutions and Fortune 500 innovators
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, advanced AI, climate tech, or space systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 5+ countries
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
