Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with existing product portfolios
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify first-mover opportunities
- Present technology assessments and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or strategic innovation
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
