Responsibilities

- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption and digital sovereignty frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Forbes, or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Causal Mapping)
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic R&D initiatives
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon Europe program directors
