Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems compliant with 2026 regulatory standards
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Architect sustainable technology solutions targeting net-zero emissions by 2030
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes for AI/ML and biotech (FDA, EU AI Act)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science on future technology implications
- Experience with venture capital due diligence for pre-seed/seed-stage tech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI Ethics (DeepMind)
