Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing next-generation solutions
- Create detailed roadmaps aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
- Identify and mitigate technology risks while maximizing innovation ROI
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with global research institutions and industry consortia
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong background in at least two technical domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
