Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and market inflection points
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech governance
- Drive cross-departmental innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Establish KPIs to measure long-term technological ROI and adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling with advanced visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing $5M+ tech innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field
