- Mentor junior strategists and build an innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 industry-first solutions
- Expertise in technology adoption frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, S-curve analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI governance, and climate-tech ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
