Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) for market disruption potential and adoption pathways
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-use-case scenarios and validate technical feasibility
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government initiatives focused on next-gen tech
- Create executive-level briefings on tech evolution risks and opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/sustainable tech)
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Published research or thought leadership in technology evolution
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
