Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for disruptive technology shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development for 2026 readiness
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and strategic technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for technological disruption
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends preferred
