- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- Coordinate with global labs in Berlin, Singapore, and Tel Aviv

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in quantum algorithms or sustainable AI
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Proven track record leading 50+ person tech teams
- Certification in Scrum Master or equivalent agile methodology
