Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and corporate goals
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and translate insights into actionable plans
- Lead high-impact innovation projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Build strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Mentor a team of 8+ futurists and technology analysts
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives targeting carbon-neutral tech deployment by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or biotech)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams and $10M+ budgets
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Strong understanding of ethical tech deployment and regulatory landscapes
